The problem
Most small dental clinics in India have the same issue — patients enquire on WhatsApp, ask about fees or timings, and then never hear back quickly enough. The doctor is busy with patients, the receptionist is handling the front desk, and by the time someone replies, the patient has already called another clinic.
There is no system. Enquiries come in at all hours, reminders are done manually, and there is no way to know which patients followed up and which ones dropped off.

How the chatbot works
The whole flow is on WhatsApp. No app to download, no form to fill on a website. Patients interact the same way they text anyone — it just feels instant and organised.
They type "Hi" or click the WhatsApp link on the clinic's Google listing or website. The bot replies instantly with a greeting and a menu of options.
Options like: Check fees, Book appointment, Ask about a treatment, Clinic timings. The patient just taps a button — no typing needed.
For general questions, the bot answers directly. For appointments, it collects the patient's name, preferred date, and concern — then sends it to the clinic.
The doctor or receptionist receives a formatted WhatsApp message with patient name, contact, and appointment request — ready to confirm or reschedule.
An automatic message is sent to the patient reminding them of their appointment time — reducing no-shows significantly.
